There are dozens of things I do to list and market a home, and each home gets a special custom treatment. I will go over additional details with you in-person, but below are some of the main categories of things I do to list homes:
Staging – Yes staging! This is included in my marketing services to help your property look its best and to attract the most buyers.- Photography – I have professional HDR photography done – those photos that really make the homes look amazing! My goal is to get the most home searchers interested in your property which turn into potential buyers.
- Online Marketing – The MLS is the most powerful tool we have to get your listing in front of as many brokers and buyers as possible. 95% of buyers are searching online and we need them to see your property. In addition to the NWMLS and John L Scott Real Estate, your home will also be available to view on popular home search sites such as com, Redfin, Zillow, and dozens more locally, regionally, nationally, and even internationally.
- Print Marketing – Buyers are visual. Providing them with flyers, just listed cards and special feature cards will keep them engaged and interested.
- Open Houses – Open houses are an important part of my home sale plan. I use these to get the most buyer eyes on your property and get the most interested parties in the door.
- Broker to broker marketing – My relationships with other brokers at John L Scott as well as other and industry professionals means your home sale will benefit from those relationships!
