My goal is to get the most home searchers interested in your property which turn into potential buyers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Online Marketing<\/strong> \u2013 The MLS is the most powerful tool we have to get your listing in front of as many brokers and buyers as possible. 95% of buyers are searching online and we need them to see your property. In addition to the NWMLS and John L Scott Real Estate, your home will also be available to view on popular home search sites such as com, Redfin, Zillow, and dozens more locally, regionally, nationally, and even internationally.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Print Marketing<\/strong> \u2013 Buyers are visual. Providing them with flyers, just listed cards and special feature cards will keep them engaged and interested.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open Houses <\/strong>\u2013 Open houses are an important part of my home sale plan.
