I love helping buyers find homes! It actually is one of the best parts of my job. I know it can also be stressful, but my goal is to make it as enjoyable as possible. Here is what you can expect when you work with me:
What are you looking for? – I want to hear all about your next dream home. How many bedrooms? How big do you need it? Are you looking for a condo or a home? How much yard do you want? I want to begin searching right away for you!
Financing – Taking this step first saves you a lot of time and makes you look ready to buy for the sellers. This step will entail meeting with a lender and getting pre-approved for a loan based on an anticipated purchase price and down payment. I have a number of lenders who can help with this step.

Shopping for Homes –I will review the MLS to find homes that match your wants and needs and will set you up to receive notifications when new listings come on the market that meet your criteria. We will schedule showings as needed. I will keep my schedule as flexible as possible and ask you do the same so we don’t miss anything on the market.
Making an Offer –There are a number of items that go into drafting a good offer. I will help you write one that is a good fit for the home and your needs.
Your Transaction Team – Your team, consisting of me, you, the listing broker, the sellers, lender, inspector, appraiser, title examiner, and escrow broker all have the same goal – get the transaction to close and get you into the house! I indeed take a team approach and work collaboratively with all parties.
Collaborative Close – I will be in close communication with you once your offer is accepted. This might mean we communicate back and forth many times per day as we are working through deadlines. I will respond quickly to all your concerns and questions.
