Helping people is at the root of what I do and why I do it. I love showing homes and helping a buyer find just the right one. I love helping sellers get their homes ready to sell. And I love waking up in the morning knowing that today is the day that my clients are ready to take their next step by owning a new home.
I wasn’t always a real estate agent. When I lived in Mexico, I worked in the financial sector, both for the Treasury Department and then for a bank. At the bank, one of my specialties was new construction loans. I was hooked! My husband encouraged me to get my real estate license and begin helping individuals with their home owning dreams.
However, being on the lending side of things has helped me become a better real estate broker. I understand mortgages – interest rates, fees, payments, escrow accounts, etc – and I put that knowledge to work helping my clients.
People give me energy, but when I am not selling real estate, I am actively involved with my church, having a good time with friends, and travelling. Oh, how I love to travel!
